Access Control Systems are generally used in a commercial environment. We have several customers that want to restrict access to all, or a portion of their building. A typical access system provides that kind of security by allowing only authorized users access to sensitive portions of a facility. Employees and owners are issued a proximity card with their name and authorization level imbedded in it. The card is placed near a reader mounted near the protected door. When the reader recognizes an authorized user, the door lock is electronically released for a period of time allowing that person into that portion of the facility.

An AllSafe Access Control System can be controlled by a designated computer on site. The computer allows the company to add and delete users and to get reports showing who entered a specific area and at what time. Some of our systems have the ability to be operated via the Internet for convenient off-site management and reporting.

Card access is the most popular type of access control system. Other types include:

Access systems range from single door controls to a system that controls several doors with multiple levels of authorization.
