Since 1988, AllSafe Systems has distinguished itself with a high level of quality service. We understand that installing security system is not like buying an electronic device at a big box store. A security system will require support. Our superior sevice is what separates us from our competition.

Our Service Manager has over 30 years in the alarm industry, most of those with AllSafe. There is very little our experienced service techs have not seen during their cumulative years servicing alarm systems. If it is broken, it is likely we can fix it.

Because AllSafe stands behind our systems, all of our new installations come with a one year warranty. We can also provide an extended warranty for our customers that want the guarantee extended past one year.

Our service department is on duty 24 hours every day. We always have a technician on call at night and on the weekends. Our office hours are 8:00-5:00 on business days. We can arrange service through the office staff during those hours by calling the office at (831) 758-2721. If there is a need after hours, we employ an answering service that will call the technician on duty and instruct him to return your call.

We are proud of the quality level of service we provide our customer base. In most cases, we are able to respond for a request for service within 24 hours.
