Return & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations & Refunds
Under consumer protection guidelines, you may cancel your order and request a full refund under these conditions:
Cancellation Window: Request must be submitted within ​14 days​ of receiving your order (or the last item in a split shipment).
Eligibility: Items must be ​unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Exceptions:
Customized/personalized products.
Perishable items (e.g., fragranced accessories).
Altered, damaged, or washed goods.
To cancel, email ​[email protected]. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective.
Note: This policy does not override your statutory consumer rights.

2. Standard Returns (Non-Defective Items)​
We accept returns outside the cancellation period under these terms:
Return Window: Request within ​30 days​ of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Proof: Include your order confirmation or receipt.
Sale/Discounted Items:
Eligible for ​store credit or exchange only.
No cash refunds.

3. How to Return
Step 1: Contact us at ​[email protected]​ with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Securely repackage the item with all original tags, labels, and a copy of your order confirmation.

4. Refund Process
Timeline: Refunds processed within ​5–7 business days​ after we receive and inspect the item.
Method: Issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees, unless due to our error).
Exchanges: Replacement shipped once we receive the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned unless defective:
Customized/personalized apparel or jewelry.
Used, damaged, or altered products.
Final sale items marked “Non-Returnable.”

6. Defective or Incorrect Items
Report Immediately: Contact us within ​48 hours​ of delivery at ​[email protected].
Resolution: We’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

7. Improper Returns
We may:
Decline returns or deduct a ​15% restocking fee​ for used, damaged, or incomplete items.
Withhold refunds until discrepancies are resolved.
